On Thursday, October 28, 1999, at approximately 7:45 a.m., a fatal traffic accident occurred this morning when a gray Toyota Camry, traveling eastbound Rosita Street, collided with a pedestrian who was crossing northbound Rosita Street at the east curb of El Cabarello Drive.
