Van Nuys: The Los Angeles Police
Department, West Valley Detectives are asking for the public’s help
in providing any information that would lead to the arrest of
Marcos Tulio Flores responsible for the attempted murder of a
woman.

On January 8, 2017, in the early morning hours, West Valley
Detectives were called to the scene of a shooting in 17500 block
Gilmore Street in Van Nuys.

The victim a female, Hispanic, 36 years-old, was shot in the upper
torso and is listed in critical condition at a local
hospital.

During the investigation detectives learned that the suspect is the
victim’s brother-in-law; Marcos Tulio Flores.

Flores is described as a male, Hispanic, 32 years-old, black hair,
brown eyes, standing at 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighing
approximately 180lbs., he is a documented gang member, and is
considered armed and dangerous.

Los Angeles Police Detectives are asking for the publics’ help in
locating the suspect who should be considered armed and dangerous.
