"Twice A Citizen" Banquet is an awards banquet that honors LAPD reserve officers for their dedication and service to the communities within Los Angeles. Reserve Officers volunteer their time to assist the Mayor and Chief with their goal of making Los Angeles the Safest Big City in America.

This event draws nearly 600 guests.
