$50,000 Reward Offered for Capture of Murder Suspect

Why:
On September 8, 2007, at around 10:00 p.m., Morris Moran was leaving a Quinceanera that was held at 601 South Western Avenue. An unidentified gunman approached Moran from behind and fatally shot him in the back.

Councilmember Herb Wesson, JR., 10th District will offer a $50,000 reward, leading to the identification, apprehension and conviction of the suspect responsible for the death of Morris Moran.
