To announce the arrest of a rape suspect, who was an out of compliance registered sex offender and a parolee at large.
The suspect was responsible for a home invasion rape incident that took place in the Wilshire Area on January 1, 2008, and may be linked to other sex crimes in the surrounding areas.
A photograph of the suspect will be made available to solicit additional victims and witnesses.
