Why:
Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton and attending dignitaries will be discussing and sharing crime reduction strategies and significant events. Other topics include an update on the 20th Area police station, understanding and preventing real estate fraud, and the LAPD's recruitment efforts.

During the forum, Mr. Robert Yang, Assistant Controller of Metropolitan Water District will be receiving an award of appreciation.
