62-Year-Old Critical Missing Man

STILL Missing

There has been no progress in this case and the family and LAPD are asking for the continued help of the public to find Lawrence Russell.


Los Angeles:
  The family of Lawrence Russell and the Los Angeles Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help to locate Russell.

Russell was last seen by his family in the Los Angeles area, on February, 2012. His family is extremely concerned for his welfare because he is possibly despondent over financial issues and may be in need of medical attention.

Russell is described as a 62-year-old male Black with brown, hair, brown eyes, he is 6’0 feet tall, and weighs about 305 pounds.

Russell drives a 1990’s GMC white or green van, with unknown license plates.

Anyone with information on Russell’s whereabouts is asked to contact the LAPD Missing Persons Unit at 213-996-1800.  During non-business hours or on weekends, calls should be directed to 1-877-LAPD-24-7 (877-527-3247).  Anyone wishing to remain anonymous should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477).
