Kidnap Suspect Sought by Detectives NR19125ml
On May 14, 2019, at 3:15 p.m., the suspect approached and carried the victim, a 4-year-old, out of the McDonald's located in the 1300 block of East Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles.
The suspect attempted to enter a parked vehicle with the victim
but was stopped by a witness.
The suspect fled on foot from the area.
On May 15, 2019 at 11:15 a.m., an attempt kidnap of a 4-year-old
boy occurred on Martin Luther King Boulevard and San Pedro Street
in Los Angeles.
The suspect approached the victim, pulled his hand, and attempted
to walk away with the victim.
The victim was walking alongside a family member when the attempt
kidnap occurred.
The suspect was stopped by a witness in the area and fled from
the scene on foot.
The Los Angeles Police Department Robbery-Homicide Division,
Robbery Special Section assumed investigative responsibilities
for the Kidnap and Attempt Kidnap investigation committed by a
female suspect.
The suspect is described as a 25-30-year-old, female Hispanic or
Black, black hair, unknown color eyes, standing at 5 foot 4
inches tall, and weighing approximately 115 pounds.
The suspect has a possible scar/birthmark on forehead, an unknown
tattoo above left breast and an unknown tattoo on the upper back
and left shoulder.
Detectives are investigating to determine if they are
related.
