Man Shot to Death within a Homeless Community NR15281nv

Panorama City: Los Angeles Police Department Mission Division Homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help in providing any information that would lead to the arrest of the suspect(s) responsible for the killing of a 24-year-old male, Panorama City resident.

On Friday, August 21, 2015, around 5 a.m., the victim was in the densely populated homeless community located in the 14600 block of Cabrito Road when he became involved in brief argument with an unknown male before being shot. At this time it is unknown what the circumstances were that initiated the argument.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

The Victim’s name has not been release, pending next of kin notification.
