Man Found Dead in Parking Lot NR17018im

Panorama City: The Los Angeles Police Department, Valley Bureau Homicide Detectives are asking for the public’s help in providing any information that would lead to the arrest of the suspect responsible for the death of a man found shot in a parking lot.

On January 12, 2017, around 1:52 p.m., Mission Area uniformed patrol officers responded to a radio call of a “ambulance shooting” on the 9800 block of Vesper Avenue.

When the officers arrived, they observed 33-year-old Christian Andreani laying on his back with multiple gunshot wounds. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded and pronounced Mr. Andreani dead at the scene.

Valley Bureau Homicide Detectives responded and their investigation revealed that at approximately 1:50 p.m., a suspect approached Mr. Andreani on a bicycle. A short conversation took place and then the suspect brandished a hand gun at Mr. Andreani and shot him multiple times. The suspect then fled the scene. At the time there is no suspect description available.
