Drive-By Shooting Investigation

Los Angeles: On Friday, January 4, 2002, at approximately 12:15 p.m., the victim, Victor Eugene Farr, 33 years old, was driving his vehicle southbound on Clovis Avenue and 105th Street when he was apparently shot at several times by unknown suspect(s) with unknown type weapon. The victim’s vehicle subsequently collided with a telephone utility box and rolled over. Preliminary investigation revealed Mr. Farr had suffered several gunshot wounds prior to driving off the road.
Los Angles Fire Department Paramedics responded and pronounced Mr. Farr dead at the scene.
The motive is currently unknown and there is no suspect information.
