Los Angeles: On April 8, 2012, around 7:25 p.m., a group of men were gathered at an apartment in the 14600 block of Friar Street in Van Nuys. During the gathering, two men, one of them 43-year-old Tito Diaz, were allegedly passing a handgun back and forth between them. Jimenez was also booked as an accessory to murder and held for $500,000. The identity of the victim is being withheld until notification of family.
