Motorcyclists Dies in Crash

Los Angeles: A motorcyclists who crashed into the side of a tow truck has died from his injuries.

On April 7, 2009, at about 10:30 a.m., a motorcyclists traveling westbound on Sherman Way collided with a flatbed tow truck, transporting a car, which was making a left turn eastbound onto Sherman Way from southbound Capps Avenue.

The motorcycle rider, Luis Sandoval, 36 years-old from Whittier, was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.  He died from his injuries shortly after arriving.
