North Hollywood Detectives Seek Additional Victims in Kidnapping /attempted Murder Investigation NR12168wr

On December 17, 2011, North Hollywood patrol officers responded to a call of an assault with a deadly weapon in North Hollywood. When the officers arrived, they met with a woman who was suffering from severe facial bruising and lacerations. During the investigation, detectives identified the suspect as 35-year-old Dejon Alan Miller, also known as “Danger.”    

Miller, a personal trainer by profession is associated with a number of websites that are designed to attract female clients and to recruit female fitness models. Some of the women who responded to his advertisements became victims of extreme emotional, sexual, and physical abuse caused by Miller.   

On March 28, 2012, Miller was arrested for attempted murder, false imprisonment and spousal abuse. Miller remains in custody with a bail amount of $1,301,000.

As of April 6, 2012, two additional victims had reported emotional, sexual and physical abuse, as well as false imprisonment and kidnapping by Miller.  Several other women have also reported receiving annoying phone calls, text messages and emails from Miller after responding to his advertisements.

Detectives believed there may be more victims who have not yet come forward. They are requesting that any additional victims or persons with information report the incidents to the LAPD.  All reported incidents will be handled in a confidential manner.
