Critical Missing 45-Year-Old Female NR19279ll

Los Angeles: The family of Rosenda Esmeralda Moreno and detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s North Hollywood Division are asking for the public’s help in locating her.

Moreno was last seen on October 13, 2019, around 7:00 p.m., last seen heading towards a church fair at 7800 Vineland Ave – Our Lady of Holy Rosary church. Moreno has a physical, speech and cognitive disability from a prior stroke.

Moreno is described as a 45-year-old female with black hair and brown eyes. She stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 230 pounds.
