Three Children Abducted by Mother NR17186aj

Los Angeles: Detectives
from The Los Angeles Police Department’s Van Nuys Division are
seeking the public’s assistance in locating three missing children
who are being concealed by their mother.

On June 15, 2017, around 4:00 p.m., Crystal Juarez took her
children from the residence of her former husband without his
permission. The father has full custody of the children, while
Crystal has authorized visitation on the weekends. Crystal has
family in Tijuana, Mexico and may have taken the children
there.

Crystal Juarez is described as a 28-year-old female Hispanic, 5
feet 6 inches tall, and weighing 180 pounds. She has a tattoo on
the back of her neck of “Humphrey Park.”

Gabriel Vargas is described as a 10-year-old male Hispanic, 4 feet
tall, and weighing 80 pounds. He was wearing a black shirt and
black shorts.

Ruby Vargas is described as a 7-year-old female Hispanic, 3 feet 6
inches tall, and weighing 60 pounds. She was wearing a blue blouse,
jeans and Spiderman shoes.

Lily Vargas is described as a 6-year-old female Hispanic, 3 feet 4
inches tall, and weighing 50 pounds. She was wearing a white shirt,
zebra print pants and pink shoes.
