Los Angeles: The caretakers and
family of Mr. Billy Archer and the Los Angeles Police Department’s
Missing Persons Unit are requesting the public’s assistance in
locating him.

Mr. Archer was last seen on September 21, 2015, around 11:30 a.m.,
in the 1400 block of South La Cienega Boulevard, in the City of Los
Angeles. His family and caretakers are very concerned for his
welfare.

Mr. Archer is described as a male Black, black hair, and brown
eyes. He stands 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs approximately 170
pounds. He was last seen wearing a green shirt, black pants, and a
gray “beanie” hat.

Additionally, his caretakers describe him as having poor
posture.
