Officer Strong contracted COVID-19 during the commission of her job duties and succumbed to complications of COVID-19 on August 2, 2021.
Officer Strong was born on April 6, 1964, in Bradenton, Florida. She was appointed to the Department on October 3, 1994.
Officer Strong is survived by her husband, Bobby; mother, Eddie; sisters, Wendy, Kim and Jolynn; brothers, Donald and Dwayne; step-daughters, Nakima and Janae; stepsons, Bobby Jr. and Robert; and eight grandchildren.
