Quality Assurance Unit

The TID Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) was established in December 2018. The QAU is responsible for implementing and operating the laboratory’s quality system with an emphasis on error prevention rather than on error detection. The QAU continuously works to evaluate lab practices through the examination of records, audits, and performance monitoring to increase efficiencies and improve the quality of the laboratory’s services. By promoting collaboration and evidence-based decision making, the QAU strives to meet customer requirements, effectively enforce the quality policy, and support confidence in the organization.
