Mentally Challenged Woman Missing

Los Angeles: The Los Angeles Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Abbiejett Annett Smith.

Abbiejett Annett Smith was last seen on August 15, 2003 when she left her residence in the 200 block of 47th Place, in Los Angeles. Smith's mental condition is poor and she has a mental capacity of a five year-old. Smith knows her name, but will have difficulty giving her date of birth or address. Smith is not carrying any identification and has no history of ever leaving her home.

Abbiejett Annett Smith is a 33 year-old female Black, brown hair, brown eyes, 5’5' and weighs approximately 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red shirt and red pants. Smith's hair is in braids and is pulled back from her face. She is also missing her two front top teeth.

A recent photograph of Abbiejett Smith is available at Media Relations Section located at 150 North Los Angeles Street, Room 626.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Abbiejett Annett Smith is asked to call the Los Angeles Police Department, Missing Persons Unit, Officer Kristi Furr at 213- 485-5381.
