CRIME INFORMATION
On approximately April 5, 2004, suspect Nenejyan called a car broker requesting to lease a ML350 Mercedes Benz and faxed a credit application containing false personal informaton to the broker. The broker submitted the suspect's falsified credit application to Mercedes Benz of Long Beach and it was eventually approved for the purchase (not lease) of a new vehicle. The suspect took delivery of the new vehicle at the broker's business on April 27, 2004 and made a cash down payment of $4,000. The suspect never made any further payments and has defaulted on his purchase agreement. Stolen Vehicle: The stolen vehicle is described as a 2004 Mercedes Benz, 4 doors, black, ML350 SUV model with California License plate number 5HGB129 (VIN #: 4JGAB57E64A467934). Additional Information: The suspect's last known address is 546 Salem Street, Glendale, CA 91203. The suspect had a previous address of 667 Milford Street #207, Glendale, CA 91203.
