Los Angeles: On Friday, December 19, 2003, at about 8:00 a.m., detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Sexually Exploited Child Unit, arrested 49 year-old Mitchell Lee Sherman at his residence in Venice. He was arrested for Penal Code Section 288.2(A), Harmful Matter Sent with Intent of Seduction of Minor.
