Burglary Suspect Killed While Running from Police

"Detective's Seek Clues In Victims Murder"

 

Los Angeles- Southwest Homicide detectives are investigating the homicide of 34 year-old John Johnson.

On December 24, 2004, at about 11:15 p.m., Mr. Johnson was driving his vehicle in the 5400 block of Smiley Dive in Los Angeles. Witnesses say they observed an unidentified suspect shoot at Mr. Johnson's vehicle. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced Mr. Johnson dead due to his injuries.
