WHY:
On January 19, 2008, at around 8:30 a.m., workers from The California Department of Transportation discovered the body of a deceased male. The decedent was in a small depression off the 118 Freeway just east of DeSoto Avenue.
Detectives are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the victim and providing information regarding the Homicide.
