Three Year-old's Death Investigated
On February 7, 2000, at 12:30 A.M., Los Angeles Police Department patrol officers responded to the 7100 block of Coldwater Canyon Avenue, in the North Hollywood area of Los Angeles, to investigate the death of a three year old male child.
Family members of the deceased child reported the injuries were the result of a fall. The child was living with his grandmother and four other children at the time.
Detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department, Juvenile Division, Abused Child Unit are conducting the investigation into this incident. The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office is conducting the autopsy and forensic investigation to determine the cause of death, and the nature of the victim's injuries.
