74 Year Old Killed in Traffic Collision

 

Los Angeles - On Tuesday, January 9, 2001, at approximately 1:15 p.m., a MTA Bus westbound on Cesar Chavez Avenue negotiating a right turn onto northbound Broadway collided with 74 year old Juk Kuan Ng who was walking westbound on Cesar Chavez Avenue in the crosswalk. Mrs. Ng sustained massive trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene by LAFD Paramedics. The MTA Bus driver was questioned and released at the scene.
