One Suspect In-Custody in 41-Year Old Man’s Death
Los Angeles: On January
12, 2003, at approximately 2:30 a.m., uniformed officers from Wilshire
Patrol Division responded to an apartment located in the 1700 block of South
Rimpau Boulevard. The officers were then directed to an apartment where they
observed the victim, a 41 year-old male Caucasian dead. The cause of death
is pending the coroner’s investigation. However, the incident is being
investigated as a homicide due to the circumstances indicating the death was
not natural.
The suspect, Robert Fraser, a 24 year-old male was
arrested for Penal Code section 187(A), Murder in the First Degree. The
suspect is being held on $1,000,000.00 dollars bail. The motive for the
murder is yet to be identified.
The name of the decedent is being withheld pending
notification of the family.
