"Woman Dies After Being Pushed from Moving Vehicle onto Freeway"

Los Angeles - On Saturday, May 20, 2000, at approximately 2:00 a.m., Victim Olga Aguayo, 23 year old, female Hispanic, was found dead in the northbound, number four lane of the Glendale freeway. According to witnesses, Aguayo was possibly pushed out of older model tan and gray primer colored truck. Witnesses obtained the license number of the truck.

The truck continued north on the Glendale freeway failing to stop. An innocent motorist, also travelling north on the Glendale freeway accidentally ran over Aguayo. Aguayo died as a result of massive head trauma.

On May 20, 2000, at approximately 4:30 p.m., the Los Angeles Police Department, Northeast Homicide Detectives Gilbert Garcia and Richard Ortiz, arrested David Abalos, 28 year old, male Hispanic, for the murder of Olga Aguayo.
