Homicide Investigation in Van Nuys

 

Van Nuys - On Friday, May 18, 2001, at approximately 1:40 p.m., Van Nuys Area patrol officers responded to a radio call at 7201 Lennox Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found the victim shot to death inside the parking lot of the apartment complex, where the victim resided. The victim, Naguib Girgis Sadek, a male White, 43 years of age, had been shot once in the upper torso. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by responding Los Angeles Fire Department's paramedics.

No motive for the shooting has been established and no witnesses to the incident have been found.
