LAPD Conducts Sobriety & Drivers License Checkpoint

When:
Friday, May 11, 2007
5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Where:
Sepulveda Boulevard and Parthenia Boulevard

Valley Traffic Division

Why:
The purpose of the sobriety checkpoint is to reduce the number of traffic collisions involving intoxicated and unlicensed drivers through enforcement and public awareness.

The California Office of Traffic Safety will fund the checkpoint.
