Man Dies in Gang Related Shooting
Los Angeles: The body of a Hispanic man in his twenties was found inside a car in the 4300 block of Brunswick Avenue in Atwater.
Los Angeles Police Department officers were dispatched to a report of Assault with a Deadly Weapon in progress in the 4300 block of Brunswick Avenue at around 4:49 a.m. on Friday, April 14, 2006.
When they arrived, officers found the lifeless body of a male Hispanic in his twenties with gun shot wounds seated inside the car. Paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the man dead. The victim’s identity is being withheld until the family is notified.
According to the investigators, the motive appears to be gang related.
