Van Nuys: At least as far back as Wednesday, October 3, 2001, a lone male Caucasian suspect embarked on a crime spree, committing armed robberies of businesses in the West Valley and Van Nuys areas of the San Fernando Valley. The suspect is known to have robbed at least one local hotel, a restaurant, and two (2) music/video stores in the last 30 days. The suspect is described as 5’10" to 6’0" tall, 160 to 200 pounds, 30 to 40 years old, with blonde/brown hair, in a crew cut or flat top style.
