"Pacific Community Police Station to Hold Community Meeting Regarding Consent Decree"

Los Angeles: On November 27, 2001, Pacific Community Police Station will hold an open community meeting outlining the progress of the consent decree between the City of Los Angeles and the United States Justice Department. The 7:00 P.M. meeting, held in conjunction with the Semi Annual Basic Car meeting with Senior Lead Officer Craig White, will be at the Bedes Episcopal Church, 3950 Grandview Boulevard. Topics to be discussed will be how to increase public participation through community policing, and police service complaint procedures. A question and answer period will follow the presentation.
