Los Angeles: A collision between a 2001 Toyota Camry and an Orange-Line MTA bus resulted in 15 people being taken to several hospitals. 

On Wednesday, November 2, 2005, at about 2:00 PM, the Toyota was travelling southbound on Woodman Avenue crashed into the left side of the MTA bus, which was travelling eastbound on Busway Street.  The collision caused the Toyota to spin out and collide with a street sign.

At the time of the collision, there were 48 passengers on the bus.  14 passengers were taken to various local hospitals with minor injuries as a result of the traffic collision.  The driver of the Toyota, a 78-year-old Woodland Hills woman, was taken to a local hospital and treated for a severe injury as a result of the traffic collision.  She was the only occupant of the Toyota.

There have been no arrests made in connection with the accident and the exact cause of the collision is being investigated by Valley Traffic Division officers.
