News Conference Highlights Recovery of Merchandise Stolen from Local Stores

Media availability highlighting the recovery of over $150,000 in merchandise stolen from local retailers

Why:
Media will be invited to film a partial display of stolen property valued at over $150,000. The clothing and housewares were recently recovered from a single residence in Watts, where detectives responded to conduct an investigation following an attempted burglary at Mervyn’s Department Store in Westchester.

Retail goods will be displayed from: Bebe, Express, Abercrombie and Fitch, The Gap, Talbots, Ralph Lauren, Rampage, Armani, Costco, Gymboree, Victoria’s Secret, Banana Republic and Restoration Hardware.
