Armed Robber of Donut Store

Los Angeles: A donut shop employee was robbed at knifepoint early Saturday morning in the Wilshire area of Los Angeles.

On September 15, 2007, around 3:00 a.m., the suspect entered the "Yum Yum"donut shop at 3610 West Venice Boulevard and ordered donuts. As he waited for the order, the suspect reached over the counter and grabbed the clerk by the shirt.

The suspect then climbed over the front counter, pulled a kitchen knife from his front pants pocket and demanded money. The clerk, in fear for his life, opened the cash register. The suspect stole money and fled. The employee was not harmed.

The suspect was a male Black in his early 30s, 6 feet tall, approximately 200 pounds. He wore a black beanie, black T-shirt, black pants and boots.
