Child Predator Captured by Pacific Area Detectives

News Conference to Announce the Capture of a Sexual Predator

Captain Joseph Hiltner, Commanding Officer
Detective Kim Porter, Pacific Area
Detective II Rick Gonzales, Force Investigation Division

Why:
On February 3, 2007, Frances Miguel Cuellar was arrested for Penal Code 288 Crime against child. During the arrest interview, Cuellar admitted to molesting four victims from 1996 to 2007, and has been known to reside in the City of Pico Rivera and Redondo Beach.

The Los Angeles Police Department wants to ensure all investigative leads are addressed and that all victims are located. Due to evidence found during the investigation, detectives believe there may be additional victims of Frances Miguel Cuellar.
