Metro Redline Train Station Sexual Predator Arrested


Los Angeles: Rampart Sexual Assault Detectives are investigating several sexually related crimes that occurred between March 5, 2003, and April 6, 2003, at the Wilshire Boulevard and Vermont Avenue Redline Train Station.

The sexual predator’s crimes have varied from Sexually Explicit Language, Indecent Exposure, Sexual Battery to Kidnap with the Intent to Commit Rape.

The suspect was arrested on April 12, 2003. The suspect was identified as Victor Estrada, 37 year-old, male Hispanic, 5’6", 160 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, and a dark complexion. Estrada also is known by the name of, "Tovar" and "Toluca".

Photographs of the suspect are being withheld, due to the ongoing investigation.
