Two Teens Shot; One Dies of Injuries

 

Los Angeles: Two Panorama City teenagers walking are shot by an unidentified suspect. One victim dies as a result of his injuries.

On Tuesday, April 19, 2005 at about 3:47 p.m., Devonshire Area Officers responded to an "Ambulance Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Shots Fired" radio call at the 14200 block of Terra Bella Street.

Officers discovered a 17 year-old male lying on the sidewalk suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. The second male victim also 17 years old suffering from a gunshot wound was transported to a local hospital, he is expected to survive.

All names are being withheld pending notification to the families.
