3:30 p.m.

WHERE:

Van Nuys, CA

WHO:

Captain James Miller, Van Nuys Division
Detective Commanding Officer Steve Harer
Assistant General Manager James Don, City of Los Angeles Department of Aging

To raise awareness and help protect the public, LAPD investigators want to reveal how these suspects are operating. They also hope to enlist the public's help in apprehending them. The suspects' mode of operation is as follows: Two men show up at the front door of a residence claiming to be from the LADWP with a need to check exterior electrical wires.
