WHY:
Helen Golay and Olga Rutterschmidt were arrested in 2006. The women would befriend transient men and then collect life insurance policies after the men died in hit-and-run crashes.
The vehicle believed to be used in the hit-and-run crimes will be on display for the media to photograph.
