Missing Person-Emigdio Flores NR10402kr

Today, Flores was found at a local hospital in good health.

Los Angeles:  Mr. Flores was last seen on August 15, 2010, and his family and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) are asking for the public’s help to locate him.

At around 9:30 a.m., Sunday morning Mr. Flores was seen in the 2100 block of Union Street.  It is believed he may have wandered off on his way to church.  Flores suffers from Alzheimer’s, but is otherwise in good health.

He is described as an 82-year-old Hispanic man, gray hair, brown eyes, five feet two inches tall, and approximately 120 pounds.  He was last seen wearing a gray jacket, black and white plaid shirt, and black pants.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Mr. Flores is asked to call LAPD’s Missing Persons Unit, Detective Kristin Merrill at 213-996-1800.  During non-business hours or on weekends, calls should be directed to 1-877-LAPD-24-7.  Anyone wishing to remain anonymous should call Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477).
