During the event, attendees and special guests will have the opportunity to engage in open dialogue about the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning community within the City of Los Angeles.  Police Chief Charlie Beck will address the continued efforts made by the LAPD to strengthen partnerships with the LGBTQ community in the spirit of respect and dignity.
