"12-year-old Girl Missing"

 

Los Angeles - On June 12, 2001, at approximately 10:00 a.m., 12 year-old Carla Garcia and her mother went to the Washington Clinic, which is located on the Southeast corner of Washington Boulevard and Maple Avenue. Carla Garcia entered the Rite-Aid Pharmacy and has not been seen since.

Carla Garcia is described as a female, Hispanic, 5-0, 115 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes. She was last seen wearing white and black striped short sleeve shirt with matching shorts and gray tennis shoes.

Tonight at 9:30 p.m., Rampart Watch Commander and Carla's parents will be holding a press conference in front of Rampart Community Police Station, 2710 West Temple Street, Los Angeles.

Anyone with information leading to her whereabouts should contact Rampart Watch Commander at 213-485-4061.
