Uninvited Guests Shoot and Kill Party Goer

 

Los Angeles- On June 19, 2004, at about 12:05 a.m., 26 year-old Enrique Cruz was attending a graduation party at 5930 South San Pedro Street in Los Angeles. That evening, there was an altercation with some local gang members who left the party. These gang members returned a short time later and shot Cruz in the back. A second victim chased the suspects who then shot him several times. Cruz was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries. The second victim was listed in serious condition and his name will not be released.

The suspects are described as three male Hispanics. There is no vehicle description and this is gang related.
