Argument Leads To Fatal Shooting

Los Angeles- Hollenbeck Homicide Detectives are investigating the shooting death of 28 year-old Noel Salinas.

On Saturday, March 13, 2004, at about 8:55 p.m., Noel Salinas became involved an argument with a Hispanic woman in front of a residence located in the 2500 block of Hancock Street. During the argument, the female shot Salinas multiple times in the upper torso and then left in an awaiting vehicle. Los Angeles City Fire Department Paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced Salinas dead.

The public’s assistance is requested in solving this murder. If anyone has information concerning this incident, they are urged to please contact Hollenbeck Homicide Detectives Arroyo or Phillips, at 323-526-3163, during normal business hours.
