Insurance Fraud Suspects’ Vehicle on Display WHAT: Media Availability WHEN: Friday, March 21, 2008 1:30 p.m. WHERE: Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center 210 Temple Street Los Angeles, CA 90012 (South of Temple on Spring Street on the eastside of the courthouse) WHO: Robbery Homicide Detective Dennis Kilcoyne WHY: Helen Golay and Olga Rutterschmidt were arrested in 2006. The women would befriend transient men and then collect life insurance policies after the men died in hit-and-run crashes.
