35 Year-Old Man Shot and Killed

Los Angeles: On November 30, 2004 , at about 12:15 a.m. , Foothill Area patrol officers responded to a shooting call at Woodcock Avenue and Louvre Street in Pacoima. The officers discovered the victim, 35 year-old Salvador Valencia , a resident of Pacoima, lying on the sidewalk.

Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics responded and transported the victim to a local hospital where he died during medical treatment.

The follow up investigation revealed unknown suspects, driving a dark colored vehicle, drove by and shot the victim as he was standing on the sidewalk at the location.

The motive is unknown. The suspects and weapon are outstanding.
