Partygoer Stabbed and Killed
Los Angeles: Police are looking for the person who stabbed and killed a man early Saturday morning, and injured another.
On October 27, 2007, at around 3:20 a.m., Darius Truly, 26, had been attending a party in the 3700 block of Bentley Avenue. He was discovered by other partygoers, lying in the street, suffering from a stab wound to his upper body.
One of the other attendees, Truly’s 30-year-old female cousin, was also found stabbed, though her injuries were non-life threatening.
Truly was pronounced dead at scene. His cousin was admitted to a local hospital for treatment, where her condition was listed as stable.
The suspect has been described as a man wearing dark clothing, who ran away southbound on Bentley Avenue.
