Detectives Recover Over 150 Items Taken by Serial Burglar Victims May Be able to Reclaim Belongings NA13001bb

Why:
On January 1, 2013, Rampart Patrol Officers arrested 38-year-old Frank Chibbaro,  a serial Burglary from Motor Vehicle (BFMV) suspect with an extensive criminal record. Chibbaro was found hiding in a carport after an extensive area search with the assistance of LAPD K9 officers.  Chibbaro’s vehicle contained over 150 items of evidence which investigators believe was taken from other areas of Los Angeles and the City of Torrance.

Rampart Detectives will display some of the items recovered in effort to identify its rightful owners and to discuss the suspect’s distinct Method of Operation to link the suspect to additional crimes in the city.
